Standard Shipping
We offer free shipping for orders over $150!
All orders under this value attract a $15 flat rate. Note this excludes bulky items - see below.
Express Shipping
All Express Shipping orders will incur a minimum $20 fee regardless of order value.
Bulky Items
Free shipping based on order value does not apply for bulky items. The shipping fee for bulky items is in addition to the shipping fee of regular items that may be part of the same order.
Bulky items currently include cushions as they take up a lot of space so the shipping fee is calculated based on dimensional weight of the product rather than the physical weight of the product but is capped at $35 for standard parcel post and $40 for express shipping based on the number of cushions ordered.

General Shipping Details
Shipping is calculated at check-out prior to payment.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 business days with Australia Post.
- Standard Parcel Post is typically 2 to 8 business days
- Express Post is typically 1 to 4 business days
Note: During holiday periods like Christmas extended delivery timelines may apply.
When your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information for the order's delivery.
At this stage local pick-up is not available.
